Each Lessson is 45-60 minutes

Week 1- Nature Walk: Explore your inner nature

Inspired by a nature walk, this session features poses inspired by nature to help you uncover your own inner nature. You'll connect deeply with the yourself and find harmony within.

Week 2 - Camp Craft: Shoulder Relief with Belts

Using a belt you'll learn how to alleviate shoulder pain and tension.

A yoga belt is preferable or you can use a jump rope, dog leash or long scarf.

Week 3- Campfire Stories: The Origins of Yoga

Explore the origins of yoga and the meaning behind its names, offering a deeper understanding of your practice. It's a perfect blend of storytelling and movement, connecting you to the ancient roots of yoga.

Week 4 - Lights Out: Restorative Bliss

Unwind and recharge. Just like the peaceful end of a camp day, this session focuses on deep relaxation and stress relief. Through a series of supported poses and gentle stretches, you'll experience profound relaxation and a sense of calm, perfect for winding down.
