Article 1: Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions completed through the websites of Jen Kagan Yoga, including but not limited to courses, retreats, workshops, memberships, and product purchases. By purchasing from Jen Kagan Yoga, the client agrees to these terms in full.

Article 1a: Age Restrictions

Physical and digital products are available for clients 16 years or older.
Services, including coaching, workshops, and retreats, are available for clients 18 years or older.
If we become aware that a minor has made a purchase in violation of these age limits, we will cancel the order and issue a refund where applicable.

Article 2: Orders & Payments

All payments must be made at the time of order placement.
Payments are processed securely through [Stripe/PayPal] and must be completed before accessing any product or service.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes.
Jen Kagan Yoga reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. However, the price applied will be the one listed at the time of purchase.

Article 3: Cancellations & Refunds

Retreats

All retreat purchases are non-refundable. Due to the nature of retreat planning and associated costs, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations.
If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their spot to another person. The transfer must be requested in writing at least [X days] before the retreat start date.
If the retreat is canceled by Jen Kagan Yoga, participants will receive a full refund or credit towards a future retreat.

Memberships

Memberships can be paused or canceled at any time.
Used time or class credits are non-refundable.
Once a membership is canceled, access to the video library and all associated benefits will be revoked.
If sessions are missed, membership may be extended for up to 4 weeks to accommodate missed sessions. Beyond this period, missed sessions are forfeited.

Private Lessons

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduled sessions must be used before the next scheduled session or within a 4-week extension period.
Sessions not used within this timeframe will be forfeited.

Courses & Digital Products

All digital courses and products are non-refundable.
If there is an issue with access or delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

Article 4: Workshop & Event Recordings

Workshops and group yoga classes may be video-recorded and made available for purchase.
By participating in a group setting, you acknowledge that your image may appear in recordings.
If you have concerns about appearing in recordings, please inform us before the session.

Article 5: Data Protection & Privacy

Jen Kagan Yoga collects information solely for the purpose of assisting participants in classes and programs (e.g., injury history, medical conditions).
Personal information will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes.
By entering your email on our website, you consent to receiving emails related to your purchase and other relevant updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Article 6: Limitation of Liability

Clients participate in all services and offerings at their own risk.
Jen Kagan Yoga is not responsible for injuries sustained during retreats, workshops, classes, or private sessions.
Clients should consult a medical professional before beginning any new physical activity.

Article 7: Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the state of [Insert State]. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with these laws.
