Hi, I'm Jen
I’ve been an interpreter for nearly 30 years, and I’ve experienced my share of repetitive strain, aches, and pains.
For over 20 years, I’ve been teaching yoga and hold a Level 3 certification in Iyengar Yoga. I’m also certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists, with thousands of hours of study and practice. Additionally, I’m a Level 1 certified Ayurveda Health Coach and a certified facilitator in PSCPI.
Now, I’m bringing this wealth of experience and knowledge directly to my interpreter community, helping you feel great in your body and build a sustainable career. Don't just survive when you can thrive!

No, you do not. Joining the 3-month program includes an onboarding call to show you all the resources and answer any questions. You can also add in bi-monthly private classes for more support.
Firstly consult a doctor and get an evaluation. This program is not therapeutic, but I can talk through options with you.
Live group classes are taught in English in an auditory format. Completely private lessons for three months are offered in ASL as well as English.
To begin with all you need is some space, the ability to set up your camera to be seen from head to toe for the live classes. A yoga mat, wall, chair or table and a few pillows or blankets will be useful. If you want to purchase proper yoga props, I can guide you.
