A Note on Payment Arrangements

For this Early Bird special

  • You may pay in full via Zelle or credit card,

  • or choose the 6-payment plan handled automatically.

 

📌 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you need to cancel:

    • A refund (minus the $500 deposit) may be issued only if your spot is resold.

    • Refunds are available up to 60 days before the retreat.

    • Within 60 days of the retreat, no refunds are given under any circumstances.

  • In the unlikely event that I need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.

Reservation Choices

Ocean View rooms

Spacious with inspiring views and private balcony. They are on the second floor to fourth floors and require climbing stairs

Garden Rooms

View of the lush tropical gardens with a terrace or outside sitting area. They are all on the ground floor or a few steps, and some have ramp access. There is one Garden with a King sized bed, the rest are double beds.

By registering, you are confirming that you have no conditions that will limit you from participating in a physical activity or you have doctor's approval.

TRAVEL INSURANCE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED:

In the event of cancellation at any time, for any reason, and by any party, Jennifer Kagan WILL NOT be held responsible for the refund of airline tickets, ticket change fees or other travel expenses. For these reasons, we STRONGLY URGE that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.

COVID POLICY: To ensure the health and safety of everyone, we will follow these guidelines: Taking Covid tests 24 hours before travel as upon arriving, limiting physical interactions as much as possible 2 weeks prior to travel and wearing N95/KN95 masks around in that period as well as during travel.  Jennifer Kagan reserves the right for additional protocols in order to keep the group as safe.
