Iyengar yoga is a holistic practice that includes the whole meal of yoga. 01: The Shape of the pose
Learn the essential action of the legs in standing poses
Strengthen your base
Tutorial on how to use props.
02: Extension and Expansion
Increase awareness of alignment. The principle actions of the legs and arms to extend the spine. Tutorials on how to use a wall for support and alignment.
03: Spreading your Awareness
Once you learn the foundational poses you are ready to move forward in your practice. Short practice to strengthen the legs and knees.
Week 04: Stability and Mobility
Standing twists and balances to create more mobility and stability in your poses and mind. Tutorials to challenge balance and strength.
05: From the Known to the Unknown
Back extensions cultivate confidence and resilience. Health is measured by a healthy spine. Short tutorial on a backbending vinyasa.
06: Union - Integration of breath
Practice a graceful sequence connecting breath to movement. Learn the key to restoring your nervous system and completely relaxation.

This is great for beginners and advanced students who want to deepen their practice. The course progresses and if you are unable to do something repeat the previous action or form of the pose and before you know it you will progress as well
I am available to ask questions or get feedback! This course is curated from A-Z to learn the correct alignment and progress of learning the poses. It includes tutorials that will challenge your practice and or help you adapt to your needs.
In this course, I use some props but always suggest household items you can use. At minimum, a yoga mat and wall will suffice. At the end of the program, I use a bolster but you can use a sofa pillow or rolled up blankets.
More than 17 videos of various lengths, as well as the chance to join a live Zoom class so I can answer questions and help you progress. This is a complete program that introduces you to all the different categories of poses so that you develop in alignment and balance. In addition, you get resources to help you plan and stay on track.
