I’m Jen Kagan—a certified sign language interpreter with nearly 30 years of experience, a Level 3 Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and a certified yoga therapist.
I know how much tension can build from the physical and mental demands of interpreting. I created this practice to give you a simple, intelligent place to begin feeling better.
