Hello, I'm Jen
I’m a longtime interpreter who nearly burned out from the physical and emotional toll of this work. But I had a yoga practice that saved me.
I know what it’s like to be in pain, to think you don’t have time, or to believe that your health comes last. I don’t want any interpreter to go through this alone, thinking it’s “just how it is.”
My mission is to help interpreters build strong, sustainable wellness practices—with yoga in a way that supports your body, and with Ayurveda to radically reduce stress and help you become unstoppable.
