Retreat Payment Terms & Conditions

Full payment for the retreat is due by June 31. If payment is not received by this date, a late fee and a processing fee will be applied. For those who have initiated an automated payment schedule, any changes to the schedule will incur a processing fee. There are no refunds. By submitting payment, you agree to these terms.

CANCELLATIONS: Please review the cancellation policy from Mar De Jade on the website

In the event that a registrant needs to cancel for any reason, no refund is possible. If, however, your spot can be filled by another participant, your total payment (minus $500, which is nonrefundable) can be transferred to another retreat, limited to one year from the date of the canceled program.

MEXICO- ****You must travel with a passport ***- make sure it doesn't expire in 6 months or less.

Agents may ask you for your departure ticket and hotel.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended - There are no refunds for this retreat. In the case of cancellation, you can apply your registration to a future retreat.

Please fill out the google doc for any diet restrictions. If you require something specific, please bring it with you.

WATER: Drink only filtered or bottled water. (bring a bottle!)

LANGUAGE You do not need to speak Spanish but it's nice to have a few phrases

CLOTHING

Bring comfortable shoes

Bring layers, yoga clothing (shorts or leggings)

Yoga mats and props will be provided. Bring your mat if you prefer.

Bring environmentally friendly products (shampoo, bug spray, sunscreen etc)

SMOKING

NO smoking of ANY kind. Do not travel with contraband (includes marijuana) it is not legal in Mexico, and if you get caught, you are on your own.

ALCOHOL

It is not recommended while on an intensive yoga retreat with a deep detoxing effect. If you are not fit to participate in class, you will be asked to leave - for your health, protection and benefit.

SHOES

Comfortable walking shoes are a must!
