Hi, I'm Jen
I know what it’s like to love this work and still feel the toll it takes. After nearly 30 years as a professional interpreter, I’ve faced the repetitive strain, the tension, and the habit of pushing through - even when my body was begging for a break.
For over 20 years, I’ve been teaching yoga and hold a Level 3 Iyengar Yoga certification. I’m also a certified Yoga Therapist, an Ayurveda Health Coach, and a facilitator in PSCPI.
Now, I bring this knowledge directly into the interpreter community because I understand the unique demands of this profession.
