Why this membership is like nothing else

Are you ready to start feeling better?

Hi, I'm Jen

I’ve been an interpreter for nearly 30 years, and I’ve experienced my share of repetitive strain, aches, and pains.

For over 20 years, I’ve been teaching yoga and hold a Level 3 certification in Iyengar Yoga. I’m also certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists, with thousands of hours of study and practice. Additionally, I’m a Level 1 certified Ayurveda Health Coach and a certified facilitator in PSCPI.

Now, I’m bringing this wealth of experience and knowledge directly to my interpreter community, helping you feel great in your body and build a sustainable career. Don't just survive when you can thrive!

I want to share practices that empower you to take control of your body and life.

I'm excited to launch Connect and Align so more interpreters can get the transformation and support they deserve.

Testimonials from fellow interpreters

"I did the shoulder video today. It was so incredibly helpful. I can’t tell you how much my wrist and hand have been hurting and I saw a noticeable difference just doing the wall exercises in that video".

- Jennifer Mantle

"What I love about Jen’s classes is the micro instruction; that even standing seems to be a workout because she is reminding us to mindfully hold our entire body in the present moment."

- Rebecca Rick

"Jen teaches like no other style that I've ever experienced and her teaching is just phenomenal…. I can tell that the change in my posture and how my body moves...and the decrease in pain…."

- Andrea Lochan

"You want somebody who really knows what they're doing, who's dedicated themselves to studying a. specific practice, that benefits interpreters and who has created a whole program for interpreters, that's something that you just don't find." Sabrina Cienfuegos

Got Questions?

How is this yoga program different that others?

It is the only program designed by an interpreter

This is not a follow-along program, you are instructed and guided with progressive steps.

It is not anonymous and I get to know you and guide you personally.

Iyengar yoga is a unique method of yoga that is progressive, precise and with an emphasis on alignment and mental focus. It is adaptable to all bodies and limits. If you have a limiting condition or recent surgery schedule a call with Jen to discuss

Yoga classes are fun, interactive, non-judgemental. Yoga is a tool for your health and wellness and I teach you how to use, modify, and adjust the tool so you get the benefit. Classes are instructive and inspire practice.

Do I need a lot of props to begin?

A yoga mat, a chair not on rollers, a wall, and a belt or long bathrobe tie and a blanket or pillow is all you need to begin. I like to use as little in the beginning and only what is necessary. Many things you can find at home. As you mature in your practice you might consider other props and I'll help you make those choices.

Props help the student get the benefit of the pose when the classic pose may not yet be possible. It's not the end goal, it's the process that is most interesting.

What language is this in?

Group classes are taught in an auditory modality on Zoom in English. Visual modality of learning is offered in 1:1 format. Please contact me if you are interested in classes in another language.

If you are an interpreter and do not live in the US, contact me for financial.
