Regulate Your Daily Habits: Eat at regular times. Sleep before 10:30 pm.
Repair Your Nervous System: Start with five minutes. Put your legs up on a chair and connect to your breath.
Surround Yourself With Support: You need colleagues and friends around you, people who nourish and support you.
