But how do you find time to do one more thing without feeling more stressed?

The good news? I have found a way to effortlessly find time, and make small but effective changes that have profound benefits. And it works for others!

And the best news?

I'm giving it all away for free in the Ditch the Stress and Pain of Interpreting 3-day challenge

Hi I'm Jen

I'm a sign language interpreter helping other interpreters relieve the pain and stress from interpreting and establish sustainable careers.

I combine simple strategies of organization with a powerful method of yoga to empower interpreters to find time and know when and what to do to ditch the tension and burnout from interpreting.

Why me? Because I have been an interpreter for more than 25 years and teaching yoga and yoga therapy for more than 20 years. I know what interpreters need and how yoga can be helpful if practiced appropriately.

I have experienced every setting an interpreter could work in and probably have had every pain and stress. I have tried it all and successfully integrated a daily practice that keeps me out of the cycle of pain without spending tons on treatments. And, the best is that when I feel tense or stressed or tired I know exactly what to do for myself.

I have enrolled interpreters suffering from overwhelm, pain, exhaustion, and worry in a program where within one month they felt significantly less pain in their shoulders, were looking forward to their daily practice and an increased sense of wellbeing.
