I had a vision to share to create a unique experience for interpreters in beautiful San Miguel, which I have called home for 12 years.
I have led many retreats, guiding diverse groups toward self-discovery and empowerment. Through these experiences, I've discovered a key element that defines the success of our retreats: the careful curation of theme and attendees.
Creating a harmonious and truly transformative experience requires a delicate balance—a blend of shared goals and aligned energies among our participants. My
focus isn’t just on the program; it’s also on the community we build together. Magic happens when like-minded individuals come together, forging connections that last beyond the retreat.
In 2023, driven by my compassion for interpreters and the confidence that Iyengar yoga and Ayurveda can change interpreters' lives, I crafted a retreat just for interpreters and stuck to my vision.
It was a huge success and interpreters left transformed!
For 2024, I invite adventurous spirits who want to deeply connect with themselves, with like-minded interpreters on the path of self-growth and explore the magic of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico
Reach out and let's connect to find out if this is right for you!

Never been on a yoga retreat?
A yoga retreat is a purposeful, immersive experience focused on holistic well-being, combining elements of relaxation, self-reflection, and physical activity centered around yoga practice.
Rather than merely offering relaxation, a yoga retreat encourages self-care, and introspection, and fosters a sense of community among participants. It's an intentional break that promotes mental clarity, physical rejuvenation, and the cultivation of a deeper understanding of oneself, distinct from the typical leisure-focused vacation.
If you have never experienced a retreat or have concerns about your ability to participate, schedule a call with Jen to discuss if it's right for you.
The first five that register will receive a Free Private session.
(value of $150)
This retreat is only for those participating in the full retreat experience.
Ceus are available (PINRA forms are provided)
You do not have to be an expert yogi or have any experience. You can be an experienced practitioner. The program will consider different levels of experience.
Because San Miguel is hilly with cobblestones and the retreat will require challenging movement, a certain level of physical fitness and/or a current movement practice is required.
You must have the doctor's approval and discuss with Jen any condition, injury, or surgery before attending.
Schedule a call to discuss how to prepare for this retreat.
