Here’s why working 1:1 works
We rarely get someone who's 100% focused on our unique needs—that undivided attention is the catalyst for success.
All you need is a plan and a coach to help you stick to it!
This is about more than yoga, movement or relief. It's about ensuring a fulfilling, long-term interpreting career.
This is about you. Your career. Your future.
Jen understands all of the intricacies of interpreting and how this profession affects the body and mind. She has given me tools to use during breaks, and to help with the aches and pains of my interpreting job.
She always asks how I feel at the beginning of our session and has the skills to modify the class on the fly if I am exhausted, have a lot of anxiety, heart-burn, or pain. I wouldn’t be where I am now ...without her. I am so grateful to have her as a mentor."

This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about real, lasting change.
Real Results. Real Changes
The interpreters I work with have seen radical transformations—not just in their bodies, but in their entire approach to work and life. They’ve gone from exhaustion and overwhelm, to feeling stronger, more flexible, and in control.
This is an investment in yourself- it's not a luxury, it's essential to your career
Personalized coaching is about building you —strengthening your body, calming your mind, and reclaiming your energy so you can keep showing up, long-term.
When I first started working with Jen, I had never done yoga, but was suffering from multiple migraines per a week. She worked with me one-on-one correcting each body part that needed to be adjusted. Even though we did this online, she was able to see what needed to be addressed. It was incredible.
At first, I was not even able to lay on my back and "let go" because I would have so many muscle spasms. My muscles were so tied up in a ball that I just couldn't relax causing the migraines.
After weeks of one on one, I was not only able to relax those muscles, I was learning to stretch them in a correct way that began to release the knots. Since then, I only experience about 1-2 migraines a month and the rest of my body feels so much better!" -

Frequently Asked Questions
Ayurveda is an ancient holistic healing system that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. The term "Ayurveda" is derived from the Sanskrit words "Ayur" (life) and "Veda" (knowledge), meaning "the knowledge of life." This comprehensive system of medicine emphasizes the balance between mind, body, and spirit to promote overall health and well-being.
Principles of Ayurveda
Ayurveda is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the three fundamental energies, or doshas, known as Vata (air and space), Pitta (fire and water), and Kapha (water and earth). Each individual has a unique combination of these doshas, which influences their physical, mental, and emotional characteristics. More

Working one-on-one means we formulate a plan to take you from where you are to where you want to be whether that is to relieve shoulder pain or learn how to stand on your hands. I have enough experience training and teaching students that I can meet just about anyone where they are.
I pride myself on making yoga accessible. If you need support/props we will start what you have in your house. If you require something more, then I will recommend it.
In general, for all students a clean space, a yoga mat (not an exercise mat) a wall and a chair are a good place to start. Yoga bricks and bolsters and belt are incredibly helpful.
You need a screen that you can see me and a camera set up so I can see you easily from head to toe without you having to adjust it each time you move.
English, Spanish or ASL. And if you use another sign language, we can figure out how to communicate with each other :)
