Unlock Energy and Relieve Backaches with This Simple Chair Stretch inspired from the wisdom of yoga

After long hours of interpreting, I used to feel a persistent tightness and achiness in my back, shoulders, and neck making it harder to breathe deeply, think clearly, and stay energized. Do you ever feel the same?

For the longest time, these aches and pains just wouldn’t go away—until I committed to a regular yoga practice.

Yoga changed everything for me. Now, even if those familiar aches return, I know exactly what to do to relieve them and restore my energy.

I would like to share one movement inspired by a practice called Yoga Kurunta (yoga ropes) that you can do right from your chair. It’s designed to stretch the front of your chest, engage your back muscles for better posture, and relieve the strain that comes from a long day of interpreting.

This exercise can make a big difference in how you feel at the end of your day. When your back is engaged and your chest is open, your lungs have more room to expand, your breath flows more freely, and the fog of exhaustion starts to lift. It’s a small step with a big impact—just one part of how I’m here to support you.

If you’re ready for a more comprehensive solution, let’s connect and strategize a plan to help you start feeling better today.
