Hi, I'm Jen

I’ve been an interpreter for nearly 30 years, and I’ve experienced my share of repetitive strain, aches, and pains.


For over 20 years, I’ve been teaching yoga and hold a Level 3 certification in Iyengar Yoga. I’m also certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists, with thousands of hours of study and practice. Additionally, I’m a Level 1 certified Ayurveda Health Coach and a certified facilitator in PSCPI.


Now, I’m bringing this wealth of experience and knowledge directly to my interpreter community, helping you feel great in your body and build a sustainable career. Don't just survive when you can thrive!

How is this yoga for interpreters?

As an interpreter and a long -time yoga instructor I know what our bodies need. Yoga for Sign Language interpreters' curriculum builds up the fundamental principles step-by-step without undue stress on your shoulders or wrists. With consistency and practice, interpreters find themselves able to do poses they never thought they could.

What Language do you use

Group classes are in English. I offer 1:1 in ASL

Do you have self-paced courses

I do! I offer 6 or 8 week recorded courses as well as shorter workshops. Schedule a call so I can guide you to the right course for you.

Do you offer CEUS

Yes, I do offer CEUS please contact me. Some are PINRA opportunites and others are processed at the end of your course.
